Well, there's always next year's Otakon! But I think there's a convention in Canada? A friend of mine lives there and I remember she went to a convention up there... do you know if there are any close by? (More conventions seem to be cropping up all over the place.)

LOL... I'm glad you like the shoes. I'm not used to wearing those kinds of shoes, though... with the curve in the middle and a slant down. OMG, I couldn't walk for days afterwards... unfortunately, my tour guide job required me to walk a mile a day... so... my feet somehow eventually recovered. XD

Yeahh, there are a couple Canadian conventions I've been contemplating... But still, the next possible one I could MAYBE go to is in 11-10 months... -__- And I have no idea whom I would cosplay.

...Yes, I thought of Okame, but it would just be too random.

There's a few conventions I know of in Canada... Anime North, AC Cubed,... But still, theyre kinda far.

Maybe I could do next year's Otakon... Very very strong Maybe(As in probably not.).

High heels are murder, indeed... When you do wear them, simply think of this. Pointe Shoes are of no comparison. I kid not when I say my largest toe's nail split in half, turned purple, and then somehow totally fell off.

Ayame is so fun to play, isn't he? But I hope I can live up to your standards! Seriously, I was reading some of the Mabudachi Unleashed Adivce things, some of the things Shigure and Ayame said...I couldn't contain my laughter x3 Those two are just too good.

Melya-chan, that sounds like fun~!! Did people really ask for your pics? You must've felt like a celeb :B I want to try that...when I get old enough...:B I'd RP as Aaya. Who can't love the snake's dress sense?

On a more enigmatic note, loved Nanami and the Mabudachi Trio. Funny~!!

Hm, what are some of your favorite shows? Also, think of the resources you'll have available to you between now and the convention. You wouldn't want to pick a cosplay outfit you didn't think you'd be able to create between now and then. Of course, you have plenty of time to think about it. ^^;

LOL, but Okame would be awesome!! Gotta represent the character you love, you know? Kureno's kind of random, too, when you think about it. You should've seen people last year when I cosplayed him... "Who are you? Where does he appear in the anime?"

Also, with Nanami, I decided on her because I didn't really want to wear a wig. (Ha ha ha...) Though, uh... technically, the wig could've been the easiest part of the whole costume... My bad.

Oh yeah... I'm so used to flat shoes that anything with an arc (and these shoes had a HUGE arc) kill me. Although Lina and Chris gave me heck when I was complaining 'cause when I saw someone I seriously wanted to take a picture of (i.e. the hot guys cosplaying Death Note) I took off without so much as a wince (well, that's THEY'RE version, but I swear I was wincing!!).

Lol, it was kind of interesting. People don't know your real name, so they'll scream out your character's name. The first couple of times it happened, I didn't even turn around... it took me a few seconds to realize, "Oh wait! That's me!" XD But it's really fun, and if you get to go to a convention and cosplay, you should totally do it. The work you put into a costume definitely pays off when people start running around asking for your picture. ^^

I'm glad you liked Nanami! (But *poke* only Mabudachi? Kurenoooooo... ;_;) ^^

Haha, here you all are, talking about Otakon and cosplaying and such! Haha...

I might be able to go next year (depending on how protective my mom is feeling of me and my then 18 [and a half] year old self, sheesh)

And definitely one of the cosplays I will be doing (if you are all doing Furuba characters again) is Kagura, haha. Who would have guessed? And if my hair is too short, then I'll be Mii, and then if I don't want to do either of them I want to be high-school Ayame with the purple leopard print jacket!

I know *I* want to do Furuba cosplay again! (Would be my third year in a row of Kureno-love. XDD)

Having a Kagura around would, of course, be awesome, so I hope you definitely get to go! ^^ The Furuba photoshoot was kind of small compared to last year, so I wonder what it'll be like next year... which is why we need more Furuba love. ^_^

(But if you did Ayame with the purple leopard print jacket... I think that would be hawt. XD)

*squishes you* Yes -- it was both difficult and humorous to play 2/3rds of the trio. I miss playing Shigure the most because he was a challenge, but I felt really close to Ayame since he and I parallel in the way we think. Have you read any of the threads Erin and I did to develop their relationship? I'm so excited to read some smexy hatoyame cuteness! ~_^

well if we go kagura and i are going toghter, we do everything togther... all i have to do is workout transportation and like kagura said overprotective parents, gir dam them ill be 18!
